Item description

Rune stones, (or in this case, natural amethyst runes), are used as tools of divination, a way to predict one’s future. These are made of real amethyst stones that have been tumbled and hand polished for a smooth surface than hand carved symbols have been painted a golden color for a stunning contrast. This Rune Set is absolutely beautify and have a great “feel” to them.

The set contains the standard 24 Elder Futhark runes, plus an additional blank Wyrd rune. Comes complete with a drawstring velvet storage pouch. Each stone measures approximately between 1/4 of an inch to 1 inch in length. As these are real stones each piece may have a slightly different size, shape and purple coloration. It is normal for natural stone to have slight imperfections.

The birthstone of Aquarius. Amethyst is a violet quartz gemstone that is known for its healing properties. They are thought to relive stress, anxiety and help stabilize a persons mood.

Runes are a part of the early Germanic runic alphabet that date back to as early as AD 150. The name Rune its self was derived from early verbiage meaning mystery. It is believed that these pieces where used as magical charms. Although rune reading is not actually about seeing the future or receiving definitive answers, they have been used to look for alternative paths and seeing potential outcomes.
