Uranium glass, sometimes called Vaseline glass was extremely popular during the 1950 – 1970s. When exposed to a black light it glows all sorts or eerie colors. It is not your regular glow-in-the-dark.

Uranium glass is a type of glass which has had uranium added to it for coloration. Uranium is a naturally occurring, dense radioactive metal and is used as fuel in nuclear reactors.
