Item description

Well, if you shrunk King Tut down to about 3 1/2 inches… here you go. A King Tut Sarcophagus with a very awesomely wicked looking mummy inside!

This figurine make for a unique gift, educational piece, or little addition to an oddities and curiosities collection.

These are all hand painted, so fish can vary slightly from the one in the photos. Coffin measures approx. 3 1/2 inches and mummy approx. 3 1/8 inch.

King Tut, also known as Tutankhamu, was a great pharaoh of ancient Egypt. Despite the fact he only lived around 19 years he was one of the only pharaohs who was worshiped as a deity while they were still living. The discovery of his tomb in 1922 is arguably the worlds greatest archaeological finds. It is believed that those who helped unearth his tomb where doomed and cursed.

The detail on the sarcophagus and the mummy inside was very intricate, and it was heavier and more substantial than I expected, which I like. It looks exactly as I expected based on the pictures on the shop's page. It arrived more quickly than I expected, so I also appreciate the shop's efficiency in their shipping. I bought this as a gift for a friend who loves mummies and ancient Egypt, and I know she'll love it!
