This lovely piece is a tiny Italian Honey Bee with Flower. Its scientific name is Apis Mellifera ligustica. These highly adaptable bees are one of the worlds best producers for commercially made honey. Interesting fact- Even though these are warm climate insects this bees managed to survive the Ice Age. Being visible from all angles, it makes for a nice little teaching tool, the crystal clear lucite makes it so you can see every detail. The addition of the beautiful flower makes this a cute little gift.

This little honey bee is absolutely adorable and the detail is amazing. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it has quite a few scratches on it as you can clearly see in tge first picture (came out of the plastic that way). But it's still a beautiful piece was well packaged and It came in an adorable little mesh bag. Will be purchasing from again
