Our Scream statue is composed of a heavy polystone and is hand painted a bronze finish. Measuring approximately 8 inches tall.
In 1893 Norwegian artist Edvard Munch created a painting that became an iconic piece of art history and expressionism. With the figures haunting expression its hard for this image to not stir up emotions. Some believe this piece symbolizes anxiety and the human condition. The original Norwegian title of the painting is “Skrik” (Shriek) and is now located at the National Museum in Oslo, Norway.
