Item description
A really unusual pair of vintage 1950s Diuril medical advertising figures made for Merck Sharp & Dohme. This set includes both the male and female plastic figurines, each with the original liquid-filled interior meant to demonstrate the function of the diuretic chlorothiazide. These were distributed to doctors as promotional medical models, and they make an especially interesting piece for collectors of medical antiques, pharmacy memorabilia, or odd advertising items.
Weird, rare, and genuinely hard to find in this kind of condition, especially still filled with liquid. They have a great mid-century medical display look and an unmistakably strange, conversation-starting presence that fits right into a cabinet of curiosities or vintage medical display.
You will receive one male and one figure. Each measure approx. 6.5 Inches tall.
