Approved by FWS (Fish and Wildlife) legally obtained. This truly interesting specimen is an Elbow Crab in Resin. It’s scientific name of this crustation is Parthenope validus.
This real crab is preserved in a crystal clear lucite block, making every detail visible from all angles. This specimen is a great educational piece or makes for an beautiful scientific display. Add a nice finishing touch to your preserved crab with an optional display stand. Made of clear acrylic, this stand really enhances the piece, giving it a nice viewing angle.
As with all real specimens in resin, size, coloration and positioning can vary slightly. Resin block measures approximately 3 inches square and 3/4 inch thick.
