Nefertiti, wife to King Akhenaton, was the Queen of the 18th Dynasty of Ancient Egypt. Under her rule the earliest known form of monotheism was recorded. This trinket box portrays her bust, which is the most famous piece of Ancient Egyptian art. The original bust is now in the Berlin’s Neues Museum.
