Approved by USFWS (Fish and Wildlife) legally obtained. This is a real Metalwing Damselfly in perfectly clear resin. Scientific name Neurobasis chinensis Linnaeus. Its wings have a beautiful metallic iridescent color that range from blue to teal. This piece makes a wonderful addition to any entomology collection.

Lucite block measures approximately 3 inches square. Add a nice finishing touch to your preserved damselfly with an optional display stand. Made of clear acrylic, this stand really enhances the piece, giving it a nice viewing angle.

As with all real insects in resin, size, coloration and positioning of damselfly within the resin can vary slightly. We guarantee a quality piece but not the exact one shown in photos.
