Real Gopher Skull, Animal Skulls and Bones, Oddities, Curiosities

The Gopher Skull (Geomys Bursarius), is a burrowing rodents native to North America, Gophers weigh around 1⁄2 lb., and are about 6–8 inches in length. Their lifespan is typically 3-5 years. All pocket gophers create a network of tunnel systems, which is perfect for protection and collecting food. They are considered food hoarders, and like hamsters, they use their cheeks to store food and carry back to their den.

This Gopher Skull makes for a unique addition to any Oddities or Skull collection. They tend to range a bit in size. Measures anywhere between approximately 2 – 2 1/2 inches long by 1 – 1 3/4 inches wide.

We guarantee you’ll receive a high quality specimen.  As with all Real Animal Skulls and Bones, size, shape and coloration can slightly vary. You will receive one skull similar to the photo, but not the exact one.
