DISCOUNT. These are all great specimens. The reason for the discount is that there may be slight imperfection within the resin or there may be an air bubble on the thorax of the chafer beetle. (see photo for example) If the imperfections are to large we simply won’t sell it.

Approved by USFWS (Fish & Wildlife) legally obtained. A stunning Resin display of a Rose Chafer Beetle (Trigonophorus rothschildi) with it’s wings open. The dark shades of green and an iridescent rainbow of colors are beautiful. This insect in resin makes for an excellent educational display, decoration for your home, or great addition to your Insects and Oddities collection.

You will receive ONE Chafer Beetle. Lucite block measures approx. 2 3/4 inches wide, 1 1/2 inches high. As with all insect specimens, size, color and positioning of beetle within the resin can very slightly. The product you receive may be different than the one shown.
