This is a good Gothic Decor Skull. The reason for the discount is that it may have a minor scratch or imperfection. (see photo for example) If the damage is to extensive, we simply won’t sell it.  Maybe give it a new paint job, display it so the scratch doesn’t show… there are tons of possibilities.
