Approved by USFWS (Fish and Wildlife) Legally obtained. This little guy is a Jeweled Frog Beetle (S. buqueti) This beetle in resin has beautiful iridescent colors which seem to change depending on how you look at it. It’s strong hind legs are used for male -to-male combat and defense.
Lucite block measures approx. 1 3/4 inches tall by 1 1/8 inch wide.
