Nuestra Señora de la Santa Muerte (Spanish for Our Lady of Holy Death)  is a cult image, female deity, and saint in folk Catholicism and Mexican Neopaganism. She is the personification of death,  associated with healing, protection, financial wellbeing, and assurance of a path to the afterlife. Her worship can be traced back to when the Aztec goddess of death, Mictecacihuatl, merged with the European cencept of the Grim Reaper.

Statue measures Approx. 7 1/2 inches tall by 3 1/8 inches wide and has a felt bottom to help prevent scratching furniture.
