We guarantee your satisfaction! If you’re unhappy in any way, contact us, we’ll make it right.

United States: If during check-out you choose the VIP option your order will be expedited and sent via USPS Priority Mail by the next business day. All other purchases ship within 1-2 business days via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive within 2-5 days for delivery. U.S. standard shipping is free on all products. If VIP is selected at checkout, an additional fee will apply.
Canada: If during checkout you choose the VIP option, your order will be expedited and sent via USPS Priority Mail International. All other Canada orders ship within 1-2 business days via standard international service. Canada standard shipping is a flat C$20. Duties and import fees for Canada are included and paid by us at checkout.

Free returns, if during check-out, the VIP option was chosen.
If you don’t like your product or change your mind: Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery and return it within 30 days and we will refund your entire purchase. The item must be in original condition in order to receive a full refund.
If you receive your product and it’s broken: Contact us within 7 days, and return it within 30. We will refund your entire purchase.
Cancellation: Contact us and request a cancellation before the item has shipped.
