Shipping:
- Time: If during check-out you choose the VIP option your item will be expedited and sent USPS Priority Mail the next day. All other purchases ship within 1-2 business days. Products are shipped USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail and take approximately 2-10 days for delivery.
- Cost: Free Shipping is available on all products. You can choose VIP during check-out and for a small fee your order will be expedited. VIP also allows for free returns. No hidden fees or complex pricing. What you see is what you pay.
Returns:
- Free returns, if during check-out, the VIP option was chosen.
- If you don’t like your product or change your mind: Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery and return it within 30 days and we will refund your entire purchase. The item must be in original condition in order to receive a full refund.
- If you receive your product and it’s broken: Contact us within 7 days, and return it within 30. We will refund your entire purchase.
- Cancellation: Contact us and request a cancellation before the item has shipped.
